1234andrewdude
or maybe a mod or something to hurry it up?
Rennn
Is your framerate capped? Capping your framerate in Skyrim below 60 seems to be inconsistent. Capping at 30 can create load times up to 10 minutes for some people, while capping at 60 or higher doesn't seem to cause issues. yafi
Download the FPS Limiter on the Nexus and cap it somewhere between 30 and 60.
Georgiegril
Frame rate capping caused problems from me, but I did not have to go all the way to 60. I had a 3-4 minute load time at 30 fps, but at 33, it reverted back to less than a minute load time. At 60 fps I find my game play is slower, so you might want to experiment. Depending on your video card, you may have a function for frame rate adjustment on your driver software utilities. I use EVGA Precision for my EVGA NVidia card. There are other programs like MSI afterburner (lots of people love that, it seems)...There is a frame rate cap mod on the nexus but I'm not sure if that is adjustable, I've never used it.
