Georgiegril
@ Blitzen,,,,hi! :-) I think we could definitely use your help here....Fresh brain cells!regarding fps, kievkev discovered that for some people (me included) lowering fps to something just above 30 (like 35 or so) solved the long load problem. This worked perfectly for me, too, and my game runs more smoothly on that then on 60. Of course everyone will have different experiences. @1234: MSI Afterburner really should do the trick for you, then. Were you downloading from the MSI website? Georgiegril
Oops...do not disable your antivirus/firewall! What Blitzen is talking about it disabling automatic scans/updates, not the whole thing. If you use Gamebooster this will also do this for you, along with other background processes

Georgiegril
What is "it?" I am not sure why you were unable to download before, I thought it might have been a corrupt file. If you go to the site, try to download the program again. There is also a user manual on that same site, which you can read to learn how to use MSI...all you need to use it the fps limiter, nothing with overclocking. If you get an error message again copy it onto your post so I can see if it is something I can help you with.
