Bumrap
1 Make a copy of skse_loader.exe in the same directory, just copy and paste.2 Rename SkyrimLauncher.exe to OLDSkyrimLauncher.exe.3 Rename skse_loader.exe to SkyrimLauncher.exe.4 Done, now when you start your game, just run TESV.exe as though you didn't have skse, if you forgot to preload Steam, Steam will start and run SkyrimLauncher, which in reality is skse in sheeps clothing. The SkyrimLauncher won't be run and screwup your load order ever again and any other program that you can run TESV from such as NMM or GeForce Experiene will work just fine as well. If you ever need to run the SkyrimLauncher, go ahead and run OLDSkyrimLauncher.exe from within the Skyrim directory. Double done. PS I haven't yet tried this for SE, but I don't see any problem using this process there too.
Evangela
The Skyrim launcher just rewrites your plugin.txt file (forgot actual name), so I think another alternative is to copy that file routinely and then paste it back whenever this happens. PeterMartyr
I delete it... what I deleted This is all in the SKSE read me..... it nothing new. Any one who read it, already know this. Those who don't read it, & have Steam in Program Files, may or may not need to force it. It all depends on your set up. Including Mod Managers. But starting SkyrimLE with Launcher with Steam off, will starts SKSE in LE, not SE. Next time read the READ ME. There no need for experimentation whatsoever.
