Game Crashes when USLEEP is enabled.

I have tested everything with my mods and plugins disabled, the culprit is when I have USLEEP enabled I never make it past the loading screen, here is my load order:

RND_USKP-Patch.esp you might need to update RND mod. Not sure the USKP patch would work as that was a patch for Unofficial Skyrim Patch, the precursor of USLEEP . https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78785/?tab=files

I keep that one disabled, I have RND updated but I have switched back over to NMM and my game runs fine, vortex just doesnt work and acts weird for me, I could only get skyrim to actually open when I disabled all mods
