msl1006
Hello, I recently inherited a Dell Vostro 3500 with the following specs: OS: Windows 7 ProfessionalCPU: Intel Core I3 CPU @ 2.27 Ghz (2 cores, 4 Logical Processors)2 GB Ramintel hd graphics core i3 Can I get any kind of decent performance out of my laptop while playing F:NV? How much will the performance enhancement mods help? Will I be able to run major mods like Project Nevada or World of Pain? Or should I not even try and start saving for a gaming pc? Thanks
UnwiserSphinx
Yes, the only problem may be the dual core, but I run Fallout 3 with dual core and of lower grade, so it may be just fine. Try it out. Either way with some tweaking it will work well.

Either way with some tweaking it will work well. Thanks for the advice. I've installed some performance mods and tweaked the game a bit, and its working ok. I'm curious if there are any advanced tweaks that worked for you, or if you can recommend any performance mods? --thanks

ThanksYour ram is a a bit of a problem. While you have the minimum ammount, it's better to have more than the minimum, might wanna add a gig or two more.
