tetradite Posted July 2, 2012 Share Posted July 2, 2012 (edited) Compromise idea on the wandering -v- fixed location, I think this would be the best of both worlds: Make it like the khajiit traders that move from city to city, and include all the holds - so you basically know he will be in A city (and will be at a fixed location when he is) but you don't know which one (until you've worked out his schedule anyway).
