Subnautica want that stutter fixed ? Well it's harder than you may think!?

I want to see a mod for this type of change, I myself is in fact dealing with the same type of issue on high end hardware. I tried clearing cell cache, made no noticeable improvement.
Looked online and all I saw was the same thing, clear cell cache, update drivers, restart computer, change paged pool memory, clear temporary files... and after continuing searching for a answer
I stopped and thought to myself, Maybe it's how the game was designed, a flaw perhaps...

This is my theory on the stuttering that is happening in Subnautica

I do not care about credit for this theory and mod request
I want that to go to the person creating the mod, nothing more
If that person is able to create that mod and make it work in game
that's all i care about ....
