It's not a settlement, but there is Conquest, which would let you turn it into a settlement. montky Posted November 26, 2018 Share Posted November 26, 2018 there are a few modswhich also add AB-pairwise 'doorportals'via place-anywhere for a para-SimSettlement for that area. they just cloned the hotel highrise Interior Cell stack,and made a new foyer setpiece which doesn't quite scale to the exterior,though i enjoy that mod.
