strange freezing while playing skyrim

Hello everyone,

maybe someone now what kind of problem i have.

While playing skyrim with 120 mods its start to freeze every 10 seconds for 3 seconds. Its really annoying. I reinstalled many mods to search for the problem but nothing helped.

I tried to use an older save with the same count of mods and it worked. No freezing, everything is fine. Now i dont know the reason why this happend and i dont want to play so far again only to have the same problem sooner or later.

Can someone help me, Please?
