I'm confused here about having these arrows.

Okay, so I don't know what mod that is doing this but I have invisible arrows in my game. Some of the names are; Fire arrows, frost arrows, shock arrows. I forgot the rest of the names. But basically they are invisible for me and npcs use them. Pretty annoying. I can't figure out which mod added these. I have over 120+ mods installed. I don't wanna have to go through all of them, to see which one added these. (I do read mod descriptions FYI). Maybe someone knows what mod added these. If they encounter these in the game(mods of course) Thank you.

With some of these arrows in your inventory (you should have a couple if you get hit by them), open the console and type

player.showinventory

Use page up and page down to go through the listing. Find the offending items and make note of the ID#s. The first two digits should correspond to the hex load order ID of the mod providing them.

 

If you have none in your inventory, find an NPC that does, click on them while the console is open to get their ID# and type "showinventory" in the console then locate the items there.

 

An alternative is to load all active mods with SSEEdit and see which ones add / modify AMMO records. Then test them individually on a "new game" to see if any are causing the problem.

 

Another possible cause would be a mod that converts the quiver into an armor item so that it can be better placed on the body. They may have chosen to remove the arrow graphic completely rather than trying to hide it inside the player body
