How to attach one skeleton to another skeleton? (like holding hands)

Just like the title says -

 

I'm looking into making a ragdoll melee weapon - a teddy bear - the teddy bear is an npc and I want to attach the bears left arm bone to the players right hand bone.

Can it be done? And if so, how?

 

I've looked around the wiki and found the "AttachTo" function, can I do something like -

 

Actor SkeletonA(teddy) as actor

Getbaseobject as ObjectReference

ObjectReference(SkeletonA, LArm_forearm)AttachTo(SkeletonB, RArm_Hand)?
