doctormog Posted July 5, 2012 Share Posted July 5, 2012 So when ever i download manually I get this problem: When the file is finished downloading and i try to open it i get this little black screen that only comes up for half a second that says "Error: incorrect command line" and it wont open. It may be do to do with Admin rights/User Account Control if you're on Windows 7.Turn off User Account Control through control panel just to test, it's nice and easy), if it works with UAC off then that's the problem.
