What archive utility (WinZip, 7-zip etc) are you using?

I am using 7-zip. Also right clicking the file doesn't seem to get me anywhere.

It may be do to do with Admin rights/User Account Control if you're on Windows 7.Turn off User Account Control through control panel just to test, it's nice and easy), if it works with UAC off then that's the problem.
