Undeadbob666 Posted January 3, 2019 Share Posted January 3, 2019 Ok not exactly what you wanted, but within that mod you posted is a link to the Pipboy Customization Framework, using that mod you can change the background of your pipboy, using these instructions. So you could make your own mods for this, if you can figure out how to transfers those pics into .dds format and then your golden I think.
