Check out mTES4Manager, an excellent utility for creating and managing multiple installs.

You will only actually install the game once, then use mTES4 to make new clones. It works by renaming files to swap them out, so all your clones are in the same folder. Has a simple UI to switch between them.

But do not install the game to Program Files, create a C:/Games directory instead. Program Files is a UAC protected folder, and will cause issues with many mods.

To give a quick step-by-step;

- If you already have OB installed, follow bben's reinstall procedure, to get a clean, vanilla install in C:Games to start from. Run it to make sure it works properly.

- install mTES4Manager. When you run it, it will detect that you have OB installed. Select your new install, and name it "Backup". Never install any mods or other utilities to this clone. Any time you want to start a new clone, start by making a copy of this backup. Never clone a modded game.

- Now just use the "Clone" button to make his & hers copies.

- You will need to install any mod managers, BOSS, OBSE, and and other utilities seperately for each clone.

Check the description in the link i provided. You will see that Oblivion, Fallout3 and New Vegas are currently supported, with Morrowind "coming soon". However, you will also note that the file hasn't been updated in 2 years... so Morrowind probably isn't happening.
