Any one know of a mod that makes guns and ammo rare?

Basically the world ended and everything is primitive again such as everyone engages in melee and only in very rare situations do you run across enemies with anything beyond make shift weapons such as the pipe pistol and even then they have maybe 10-15 shots then are out of ammo. Then engage in melee

Two that I know off, I originally started using Less Pipeguns and then moved on to Melee World. They are both from last year, and I doubt they will be updated anytime soon sadly. Unfortunately NPCs do not know what to do with their hands, as half the time they stand there dumbfounded they have to pistol to blast you with instead they hold their switchblades not sure which end to stick you with.

Also you can enter into your ini file this line, so NPC's dont have unlimited ammo.
