Infinite loading screen at menu.

Hello, I would love some help. Whenever I boot up Skyrim special edition (with the script extender), before I even get to the options like new game, load game, etc, I get an ENDLESS loading screen.

 

The most recent mods I downloaded I have tried to remove to see if they were the problem. No luck. Tried to validate files on steam, again, no luck. Restarted my PC, validated files again, no luck. I double checked to make sure I had SKYUI and the script extender up to date, no luck. I disabled ALL mods, and it started fine. I turned my mods back on, and back to endless loading. Not sure what to do here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your load order is completely out of whack. You need to download and run LOOT (Load Order Optimization Tool) and sort with it.
