Upgrading a computer

you are better off getting the single best GPU you can instead of buying two that you can crossfire. reason being, well theres two reason. getting the single best GPU you can, will allow you to potentially crossfire/SLI in the future, and then youll be way far ahead. also, most games dont scale well with two GPUs, and in most cases a single high end GPU performs just as well if not better then two GPUs. and as i said, in the future when you get more money, you can always buy a second of the high end GPU if you wanted. but yea, 1 high end GPU > 2 lower end GPUs......unless you plan on getting two high end GPUs to begin with :P

Actually I planned on doing just that. Buying one good GPU and then buying another one later on after I have saved some money.
