Cipherthe3vil
There is a SetLevel command, its description is as follows: "Make X equal your desired character level." I was wondering, what does this effect? Does this effect scaled enemies and questlines? Does it do anything to statistics? I'm asking, because I want to remain at level one for a while, but I want to level Alchemy, Smithing, and Enchanting. Problem is, doing that would raise my level... Could I raise my skills then just use SetLevel to keep me at level one without any side effects besides my increased skills?
Rooker75
I think you'd be better off setting those skills to the desired level in the console. player.setav SkillName Level That would leave you with less perks available than normal though. Of course, you could also just give yourself the perks in the console.

Psiberzerker
You can also use Help to look up perk codes, and add them without leveling. It's a bit more involved, but should accieve the results you're looking for.
