After update I am having graphical glitches

After a while of playing Textures start to stretch and it crashes my game eventually. Never has this problem before, my drivers are up to date and my graphics card isn't on fire. Thinking it might be a mod that needs updating or my game is corrupt somehow. Any help?

If you are concerned about corrupt game files, then you can verify your game cache through Steam and take care of that. Verification will not remove your mods, it only checks the vanilla game files.

 

Go to your Steam Library. Right click on FO4 and choose Properties. Go to the Local Files tab and click on Verify Integrity of Game Files. Allow to run. If there is a problem with game files, then Steam will redownload the problem files to your computer. You may get a message that one file failed to verify, but that's a standard message and nothing to worry about.

 

Beyond this, I can't be any help, as I don't play the game myself. Please be aware, though, that LOOT is an excellent tool, but it's not perfect. You may need to look over the mod pages for your various mods and see if there's a list of specific conflicts. The conflict might be very direct in that "This mod does not work with ABC or XYZ," or it may be along the lines of "This mod doesn't work with anything which changes the doodlemajigs in the workshop." Take notes if you have to. :)

No files are missing, So i guess ill be going through my mods and looking at them and if that doesn't work ill do a clean install.
