Is there a way to install mods to more than one profile simultaneously?

Basically I have set up two profiles so I can have two different characters.

I pretty much want to use the same mods for both, but it would be cumbersome to install a bunch of mods, switch profile and install the same ones again.

 

Or is there a better way I can use one mod profile with two different save games?

EDIT: One profile has saves on it currently, but the second one I haven't started yet so there's no saves on there.

Install a mod once, and it will show up in all profiles. Enable it or disable it as needed.
