Accidently deleted data/shaders folder [help]

Hi,

first, I hope this isn't the wrong place for this..

I've just deleted the mentioned folder by accident, and I really want to avoid re-downloading the game entirely, just because of some mb of missing files. My mod setup is just finished, and I wanted to switch to another ENB. Unfortunately I thought this folder came entirely from the Enhanced Shaders for ENB (just came back to F:NV after 8 years. Played Fallout 4, SSE, etc). I own the Ultimate Edition. WOuld please anyone be so kind to send me the vanilla shaders folder via PM? PLEASE! Redownloading 18 GB with my internet connection is a pain. Also re-initialising game files would destroy my mod setup. I would be soooo grateful! Thx in advance!

Verify your game in Steam, it will only download the files that are missing.

I know, I have GoG version

But I'm not sure right now.. SOme people say, all vanilla assets are packed into the BSA archives (like SKyrim, Fallout 4), some others say there is a vanilla shaders folder. However, when I start the game, I only get black screen with sound.

Edit: well, it seems GOG also provides such a feature, but wouldn't that by any chance break my mod setup? I know that Steam - when I used that option earlier - wiped everything it didn't know! It would be much easier if someone just could zip those files for me, just to be on the safe side...

If "verifying" files breaks your currently installed mods, it's because the mods replaced vanilla files, which the "verify" then reverted to vanilla. The only "correct" fix for that is to re-install those mods. Anything else is more likely to create even more of a mess of things.

Anyone sending you game files would be guilty of a "copyright distribution violation", which is against the site "Terms of Service". And it really wouldn't be "easier". Think of it as nature's way of re-enforcing the lesson to "don't do that anymore".
