Animation half way in the ground.

Hello,

I'm making animations in blender, and I have a very strange bug (dunno if someone posted this alredy), in-game character that uses this animation stands half way in the ground. In CS, that character is half way out of the wire frame box with x,y,z vectors (how they call it, bound box?)

So, if anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.
