Yeah, good luck finding him - if you do that quest he's removed from the game completely.

No one gets out alive! Cicero WILL be my bit...., thrall! He can run, but he can't hide. I have called upon the all-mighty Seekay and the inscrutable Khan Soul for aid in my righteous quest. He will be mine. Oh yes, he WILL be mine.

I need a "Both" option. Killed him, but after Astrid did her thing, went back to an earlier save and let him live. Both for the same reason, a quote in his 1st Journal:

28th of Rain's Hand, 4E 187. Completed the Arena contract. I ultimately decided to pose as a starstruck fan, and immediately got into the Grand Champion's good graces. While escorting the arrogant fool through the Great Forest, I slashed his throat and left the corpse for the bears.

Killed him because I didn't think I could trust him. But never took him as a follower because he is annoying, just like the Fan he imitated in Oblivion. Does M'iaq have any dialog on this?

I let him live. He never did anything to betray me and he was loyal to his cause until the end. The real traitor was the one, who put worldly needs before spiritual concepts. This was not acceptable for my character, who is a direct descendent of the Nerevarin, carrying on her ancestor's name, face and spirit.
