Request: A way to add notes to each mod installed in Vortex.

 

A simple link or button beside each mod installed that I can click to add notes about that particular mod.

Alternatively, under the actions drop down menu having a "Notes" item would work as well.

 

That way I can add notes and documentation on each particular mod and what I did to edit / install / customize it.
