Bergilissimo
Hiya. I get a CTD whilst travelling to the initial mission given to you by the Arch Mage in Winterhold. Going to a mining site or some such, Initially the game was crashing seemingly near the outskirts of the area and at the same two spots (I was swapping between the two entry points on areas I could fast travel to), but as I lowered graphics and what have you things would improves a little. IE would be able to travel further in before CTD took it's inevitable toll. Thing is, I tried stopping mods with NMM, including more dubious ones such as FNIS and AP... (Hey, don't really use it, but it's nice to have the option!) Other than that CBBEv3 and various clothes to go with. Bar a few other things. Anyway that didn't seem to make a jot of difference. Have tried randomly running around other parts of the map for half hour sessions with no problems whatsoever. Mods turned on or not. Any ideas? I'd really like to get this sorted if possible... Love this game. As for system specs as far as I know this pc is a good'un. my friend who builds PC's and built my current one as it goes says it can handle Skyrim several times over. Cheers. :D

Georgiegril
Take a look at Bbens mod troubleshooting guide, it rocks. (also the CTD thread...) Just something to think about, I like to help people if I can, when I am taking breaks. I think my general strategy is similar to most people of like to help out. I look at the threads for ones that 1) have no replies and 2) are in an area that I might be able to help. Sometimes I look at threads that just seem interesting. I almost never look at a thread unless it is of particular interest that has 2 replies, the last by the OP, because I assume that someone else was helping and the OP had replied back. I just happened on yours kinda by accident. I know you waited like a day before reposting, just a thought on how your posts might look to others, and why they might not be reading it.
