Massive Attack Delay?

Guys i'm experiencing a huge issue with Fo3 GOTY

I'm forced to mass my mouse button 5 times before it fires once (or swings once) and then i have to do it again. i tried mapping the attack key for my keyboard and its just as buggy.

 

I have multiple companion mods such as ARC, Eyebot Technician and Amata along with Ogron the Mirelurk and Trog.

This issue only started up recently. i check and i have no viruses in my PC currently

All other clicking works fine and so does blocking.

 

And Trouble Shooting tips? this is the first time it's ever happened in my 3 years of Fallout.

Disable your mods and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, you're gonna have to find out which mod is causing it by enabling them one by one.

 

Is your framerate OK by the way?

My frame rate is fine. just random lag spikes for about a second or so everynow and then and the game had an error report when i first went into megaton.

Okay i just uninstalled and reinstalled the game. shooting is working good now but it delays for a second when i jump. i think thats normal though.
