Cant give you links cos TESNEXUS is banned at my work!!! However, Children are added by they CITY LIFE 2.2 mod (be sure to get LIFE TRANSLATED if u want the english names) and roads you can either get "Crowded Roads advanced" or even better..... Tamriel travellers..
