Skyrim won't recognize my Vortex esp's, so it won't load my Nexus mods. (SSE)

Recently I downloaded SSE again and I went on a purge on the Nexus for new/updated mods. But now when I launch my game, I can play, just not with the mods I recently downloaded from the Nexus, only ones from the ingame mod section (it's inferior) so I'm wondering if anyone could help me. Also, if I missed any topics or easy to find links I'm sorry. However, I have uninstalled and reinstalled each Nexus mod and SKSE.

Thanks

What is the "ingame mod section?"

Sorry, didn't make much sense, it seems that Bethesda doesn't have nearly half the mods that are on the Nexus. I meant Bethesda.net, like on the title screen of the game.

Thank you for the clarification. I've never used mods from Bethesda.net. Therefore I have absolutely no idea whether they may be causing problems for your mods from the Nexus. As for your Nexus mods, a lot of them are enabled. Are they not working, even though enabled?

Yeah, I have 72 "active mods" but when I enable them, the load order tab for each one shows a "-1". There are no conflictions.

After you enabled them, did you deploy them?

When I deploy it, it gives me an error saying that the deployment failed.
