My mod is having very strange effects on the game, Help?

I've just recently started to get some very strange side effects from one of my mods I am making.

The main problem being objects that are randomly missing form the world, like trees, terrain, parts of interiors, buildings etc. These objects are just MISSING in-game, even though I haven't touched them. I can't even begin a new game properly as the track you travel down in the prisoners carriage is not there and the horse dies, then you fly off the map for some reason.

Another problem is that the game will often crash to my desktop for no apparent reason. Are any of these problems to do with the mod being too large, or something like that?

Thanks in advance

I don't think that is a problem with the mod being to large, since there are plenty of other large mods out there. Could it be that you inadvertently deleted/edited these objects in your mod, or modified some global property or script? Edited by chocklymon

I'm pretty sure I haven't deleted them. Another thing is a lot of the trees turn into LOD's , you know the ones that are used for the map. I still don't understand why it's crashing either...

You could use TES V Snip to look what your mod changes just to make sure that it isn't changing anything it shouldn't. And if you haven't tried it already, does everything work correctly when your mod is disabled?

(Hopefully someone more experienced than me gets on this thread and helps you out, because I'm out of ideas)

P.S.Hopefully you have backups of previous versions of you mod in case the worst happens and you can get the bugs fixed.

P.S.S. I just looked at your thread for the mod and it looks great so far. I wish you the best of luck in your endeavour.

Thanks, I can try using TES V Snip tomorrow, I haven't tried that yet. I have plenty of previous versions of the mod, I just hope they don't do the same thing and I just never realised.

Alright, I just tried a previous version from the 10th, and everything is working fine. My guess is that I added a new worldspace in yesterday in which I copy and pasted a large section from another worldspace. I reckon having a duplicate of some of these items may have caused the game to bug out a bit. The new area I added was cool, but I guess it'll just have to go amiss.
