Trying to upgrade my account to premium, need help

The transaction failed, not sure why but I think it might have to do with not knowing how to switch between the Euro to the U.S. dollar? I need it converted to U.S. dollar how am I supposed to do this? otherwise it just tries to do the transaction using Euro pound currency or whatever that symbol is, which is possibly why it's declining/ rejecting my debit master card.

 

Any help is appreciated.

However, it may be that your bank is blocking international transactions. You should call your bank to make sure it's not on their end.
