Generally, whatever is loaded lower in the load order will be what takes precedent over everything else, so try loading FalloutNV_lang lower than the other .esps.

As for Project Reality, it would be incompatible with Nevada Skies. Everything else seems like it would be okay. It would only be affected by a mod that changes weather and world lighting. Electro-city doesn't affect total world lighting.

For CASM, if it's an .esm, then load it near the bottom of your .esms. If it's an .esp, then put it near the top, probably under DarNified.

If what's lower takes precedent over everything else, then I'd rather want NewVegasRedesignedII.esm lower than the rest rather than FalloutNV_lang.esp, correct? (I think you mixxed up what i actually want to make dominating, yes? I want NVRII.esm to be dominating..) But since it is an esm i cannot take it lower than esps so it dominates, can I? (I've just tried, i cannot indeed). Then the only option that comes to my mind is doing MasterUpdate so every file is esm., then i could drag the NVRII.esm to the bottom... But can i make a merge patch out of esms only and the whole installation will work fine aswell? So far i been doing the patch out of both esms. and esps. Edited by Rutgerhauerpl

The Lang files just change the text in-game, right? I'm not familiar with that plugin, myself.

If they're conflicting somehow, then the only way I know how to do what you want is by changing the data records in FNVEdit.

Is it actually the Lang files that are conflicting with NVRII? Did you try deactivating the Lang files and seeing if NPCs look any different? It could just be a conflict between NVRII and some other NPC mods you were using before. Try uninstalling NVRII and reinstalling and letting it overwrite any files that are left over from earlier.

If it turns out it's the Lang files overriding NVRII, then you may have to ask NVRII's author how to resolve it. I don't use either of these mods so I'm not sure how to help you with this.

After editing the merge patch so the NVRII wins all conflicts with NPCs, i ran a masterupdate, then launched the game and got a CTD right after the main intro (the one with benny), didn't even get to see doc mitchell. So i ran masterrestore then. That's when things started to f... up, first i couldn't load the main menu (CTD happened), then i disabled the merge patch, and switched from NVR lore to NVR recommended. It helped me get past the main menu. Next, i created a new character, which textures were washed out and strange (they were not before the whole master update). I reactived Archive Invalidation which did not help at all. In addition my mod configuration menu doesn't work now, i have many bad textures in the game and on top of that i still cannot get out of doc mitchell's house as the first thing that shows up is a CTD.

Do i have to reinstall all mods now so i have another chance to get this mod installation working fine without CTDs? Other than that, you think it's worth to work on it, do i have a chance to get it going with so many mods?

Since you had installed so many mods before that you're no longer using, it would probably be wise to just reinstall New Vegas and only install the mods you're currently using since there's probably a conflict with some files that haven't been uninstalled from some old mods.

Also, as it was posted before, the games starts running horribly after 140+ mods are active. There's FNV Plugin Utility that can combine mods together. I would only use it to merge similar mods together like all of the Improved Sound FX mods into one single .esp and so on.

If the main menu won't load, can you diagnose anything certain out of it concerning what's exactly wrong? I have reinstalled the whole game and mods, also added a few.. In FNVEdit i cannot see many conflicts, i installed lings as the last and made it overwrite some things. Also i didn't let mods such as Nordic Firearms override EVE files, think i can screw up the installation by not letting overwrite 2 files and it may be a cause of the main menu crash? FNVEdit doesn't show mod loading conflicts, also when i use BOSS auto sort and the order changes i still get the crash. Anyway, below is my current mod list, I'm hoping for some advices and help, whether with the mod load order or something else. (I've heard lings can work with NVR2, though maybe i have to make NVR2 overwrite things, not Lings. But can lings overwriting be responsible for main menu crash? I'm noob, but hardly imo.)

Edit1: Too many plugins active can be responsible for main menu CTD? I also use fnv4gb utility which makes FNV use the most out of my computer's memory, they say it helps for performance with many mods. (http://nvse.silverlock.org/beta/fnv4gb_nvse.zip) Whether i use this tool or not i get the very same crash.

Okay, 189 active mods?! There is your problem my friend. You can not hope to run over a 150 mods without stability issues. In my opinion 100 mods is already pushing it but almost doubling that amount i can see has some disastrous affects. If you absolutely solely cannot live without all 189 mods, i highly suggest you to consolidate and combine mods alike. For example, combine individual weapon and armor mods into one; weaponmegapack, armormegapack etc.
