(Old)Skyrim Crashing on start up

I got a new computer and since I kept all my games on an external hard drive anyway I just plugged it in with all my mods and games on it to play it. It worked for a bit but when I got a random CTD fast traveling to whiterun so I opened the launcher to tone down stuff since it automatically set everything to high but now its crashing on start up too.

I installed python and everything else to get MO working.

I adjusted all the file paths for all the programs before I tried so they're right too.

Its not a mod order problem cause I've ran LooT a bunch of times. Its not a missing master problem cause MO doesn't have that warning triangle up and I know this exact loadout of mods has worked perfectly before.

Here's the Papyus.0 Log of the crash. Its short though so I don't know what you can get out of it.

[12/31/2018 - 12:18:33PM] Papyrus log opened (PC)

[12/31/2018 - 12:18:33PM] Function GetEffectMagnitudes in the empty state on type Ingredient does not exist. Function will not be flagged as callable from tasklets.

[12/31/2018 - 12:18:33PM] Update budget: 1.200000ms (Extra tasklet budget: 1.200000ms, Load screen budget: 500.000000ms)

[12/31/2018 - 12:18:33PM] Memory page: 128 (min) 512 (max) 76800 (max total)

I'm thinking maybe since its a better computer the old memory block settings for the memory block s*** to prevent random CTDs aren't good anymore but its been years since I edited them and completely forgot where to go to edit them and what the original values are. Knowing me I did post a copy of the original in that file I just need to remember were to go.

ctd has many reasons - not running enboost is one of them. to check if enboost runs just open taskmanager before and while running skyrim and check the task enbhost.exe. if you don't find this task enbhost is not running or correctly configured and you should check the enb/enboost readme. i hope you solved your problem already.
