Spell Tome Ctd

I'm having a major issue with my game ctding and i've been able to track it down to the books particularly the spell tomes. I have searched up and down to this. and i have disabled all mods and started a new game but everytime i go to my books tab it's either a spell tome or some sorta book that's not agreeing with it. my load list is here :
