I have some ideas for a mod, that would base on the provisioners in F4. The problem I have run into are... What is the provisioner quest/s in the ck? I have try to find the quest/s in the ck that hang together with provisioners, but I couldn't find a single one. Did someone know the name of the quest/s? I hope that I can something learn from this quest/s, that is why I am asking. Please, if someone know the name of the quest/s write it in. I would be really happy :smile:. By a "special" branch like the provisioners I had thought that there must be more as we see in the workshopparent quest. I thought that it is silimar to the companion-hacking/lockpicking abilitiy aka. uses several - not familiar named - quests/scripts. Mhm. Maybe I was wrong. taryl80 Posted January 8, 2019 Author Share Posted January 8, 2019 (edited) At the moment it is just a thought from me. I have thought that another Settlement-Job would be interesting. With other words, that idea would mean to practical "duplicate" provisioners and how they work, just to make from the duplicate then a "postman". Of course, those postman should not carry stuff between settlements, but they should also walk from settlement to settlement like provisioners it do and give the settlement they working for another "happiness" boost (like some shops it do, as example). In exchange, that they deliver no goods from settlement to settlement, I had thought about random-notes with some storys. But that is at the moment just a idea from me and I don't know if I will ever be able to make it happen. At the moment I try to figure out how provisioners work and even if I finaly understand that, I will still need to learn how to attach those "story-notes" to the postmans in a "random way" (so that not every postman carrys the same notes). I'm still not sure if I will make that. Depends on, if I understand every necessary thing in the ck for it^^. Edit: This is my "404" posting. Sounds like a bad omen... I think the part which makes settlers walk between settlements is in there. for these notes however, no idea. That information is the core I built You And What Army around, although you certainly don't need to take it to the extreme that I did.
