Missing - Favorites keybind function

When going into my settings>controls there is no option to bind a key to my favorites. If I highlight an item (like a weapon or Stimpack), the "Q" option shows up to add that to my favorites menu, but I cannot access it outside of the Pipboy (the quick menu cross) since I can't bind it to a key; it's simply not showing up in the Controls menu.

 

I'm not using any keybinding/hotkey mods, so I am unsure why it stopped working all the sudden.

You have to use the number keys. When you favorite an item, the favorites "cross" shows up with a tiny little number that's the number (from 1 to 8 I think) you press.
