More NPCs in the Wild = CTD

Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time to read this.

Now, on to the problem! I've been playing Skyrim with a host of mods for the last several weeks and have had no CTD's. Earlier tonight however, I added More NPCs in the Wild because it looked interesting and boy was it! Until I started to crash left and right... I use BOSS to control my load-order, however BOSS doesn't recognize More NPCS. I've tried to reorder things myself and see if I could get lucky, but alas not so much. If I had to guess, I'd say it's a conflict with Skyrim Redone, but I'm not at all knowledgeable in this.

 

Small edit here: I just found out that all of the mobs spawned by this mod die in one hit. I'm not powerful on the character I'm playing with either.
