Bethesda! Take some advice

I purchased Fallout 76 because it was a Bethesda game and the Fallout Series have always been great. The tragic thing is that what made them great was I, as a gamer, could modify the game to suit my tastes and content that made the game much more personal to me. Fallout 76, I assumed, would do the same. I was not going to purchase it because it was first offered in a multi-player mode but then it came out in single player mode. I assumed, incorrectly, that the game would follow previous lines of single player but that has turned out to be a big incorrect assumption.

I find the game play to be laborious and dull. With Fallout 4 I have played well over 2431 hours and have enjoyed the game still because it gave me the option to craft the game to my likes and wants. I made the incorrect assumption, when I purchased Fallout 76, it was be the same.

I am very disappointed with 76. Bethesda, you missed the entire point of why your previous games were so successful! It wasn't the games themselves but the fact they could be modded by the individual player themselves to suit their likes. Fallout 76 gives none of this to the player and I am already bored with the game even with less than 25 hours played.

You need to take another look at this game. If you want it to succeed like the others have then you must allow mods to be used. Some mods may not be suitable for access by other individual players do to age or other factors and an off-line mode of some kind would allow this to take place.

Please reconsider what you are doing with this game.

I spent over 2,800 hours in Blender making clothing for FO3/FNV in the first year of learning Blender 2.49b. It was nothing to spend that much time in one year. I stopped counting. FO4 has been out for 3 years. What have you been doing with your time? You should have over 6,000. Then you know, stop counting it, stop bragging about it. Stop being a wasteland tourist.

 

 

FO1/FO2/FOT/FO3/FNV/SKY/FO4/F76 What's to complain about? 76 is the Fallout which has the groups of wastelanders get together for group activities. Yeah there will be all kinds of good stuff in 76. And we haven't even gotten to the private servers part. Because once we mod this game it will be people like me working on it. So cheer up, it's not like you had to work on it.

 

 

Shake it off champ. Play another game for a bit. Go back to enjoy 76 when you feel like it. \o/ Take your shirt off, you are losing friends! LOL, It's not that hard to enjoy it. I bailed from 76 after I had got my moneys worth (around 50 hours). Heck I even played 76 for 15 to 25 hours after that. All the characters got killed, so I deleted them. Play 76 Ironman Permadeath!
