Is there any way to convert actor face data to an .obj?

I'm trying to put Caesar's head into 3DS Max to model a Legion coin for 3D printing, but I have no idea how to apply the facegen data to the base head model. I assumed there was some way to export the facegen data from the GECK somehow, apply it to the base head model in NifSkope, and then maybe export as .obj, but I honestly have no clue. If anyone can help me out or let me know if it's impossible, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Please see the "FaceGen: Heads, Faces, Hairs, and Helmets" section of the wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article.

 

That said: as you only want to use Caesar's head for a coin, using the Facegen data seems overkill. You aren't really interested in the "conformation" data underlying the EGM files. Seems you want to take a JPG file and convert it to a Mesh, as described in the video "Blender Tutorial: Create a 3D mesh from a .jpg".
