ElderScrollsFan001
as i understand it the only to get Guard helmets is by rouging them off a guards, dead or alive, or by stealing them out of guard quarters. I'd like to request a mod that allows them to be purchased in shops too. http://images.uesp.net/b/b4/OB-npc-Bravil_Guard.jpg Edited July 15, 2012 by ElderScrollsFan001

Aurasoma
One of the more popular ways to get the guard uniforms is to open the consol menu and use the coc testinghall code and grab them out of the armor room. A second option is using the console again and adding them to a players inventory. (Codes for guards armor an gear can be found at http://www.uesp.net/ this is the Unofficial Elder Scrolls wiki). Finally one last option for those wanting to play guards and robbers is to simply add extra uniforms them selves using the CS. Simply create a (barrel/wardrobe/foot locker) in the guardhouse('s) the you wish to visit and name it extra uniforms. I did this a back in September last year when I wanted to do some screen shots. At the time i didn't want to jump threw several hoops for the additional uniforms. And this was easy since it did nothing to really change the overall game.
