All NPCs are nude except my character

Is there any way to make all NPCs wear underwear as well?
And is there any Mod that makes various diffrent underwear for every NPC?

1st mistake, below, this is where you place the unofficial patch

2nd mistake

159 9f Bashed Patch, 0.esp -

should be dead LAST unless a mod's description page specifically says otherwise - for every mod that is below it those mods are overwriting the bashed patch, which in your case makes the patch useless at that point

ALL custom followers / companions added by mods should be loaded DIRECTLY above the bashed patch so that other mods will not interfere with their AI packages, scripts, and leveled lists

make sure you take the time to actually READ everything in the guide, if you skip over anything and it's important you will have problems later on
