Area specific CTD near College of Winterhold

So recently I have been having issues with a local CTD that always seem to happen when I approach the College of Winterhold. I have cleaned all of my masterfiles using TES5 edit and I have been regularly sorted the load order by the use of LOOT. I think that the CTD has to have something with the mod Immersive College of Winterhold but I am not entirely sure. I am also using the Clarity ENB with the most recent ENBseries (v.0366 to be exact). I am using the Nexus mod manager as I am the most familiar with it.

No mod should ever load before the unofficial patch, it even says that on the description page for it

 

Your PC specs have nothing to do with your issue, what's causing your problem is you're using over 100 mods with no bashed patch from Wrye Bash or smashed patch from Mator Smash

 

Even if you correct the problem you're presently having, you will continue to have more problems without a patch file

 

Follow my guide below and make sure you do ALL of the steps for steps 2 & 3 ( and Appendix 1 if needed )

Thanks man. Helped a lot. Unfortunately it seems that my old save file is corrupted so I had to start a new game, but lo and behold I have been experiencing no issues whatsoever. Thank you so much for your help :)
