Hello rather an idiot when a mod menstions an ini so was wondering if someone could help me install the mod bellow

So far all i am ale to do is press f9 upto f12 and a dante like voice shouts at me

Use Winrar or 7zip to open the download.

Now that its open, check contents, you should see CASTELLANO (that is the spanish version) and ENGLISH and MAIN FILES. Open the MAIN FILES folder and extract the DATA folder inside into your Oblivion directory.

Now go back up to ENGLISH and open it, you should see SIMPLE & SPECIALIZATION...read the Installation.txt and chose which one you want.

Now that you have chosen which skill set, open SIMPLE (here I will just use SIMPLE as the example) and extract the DATA folder you now see into your Oblivion folder.

Now enable the plugin using OBMM, the Oblivion Launcher, Wrye Bash...your normal means of load order adjustment. Start game.
