If you reorder your plugins on an existing save there is a very good chance you will lose that save so that is probably why your save will not longer load at all

this is not true, i do it all the time myself and have NEVER lost a save. Also, those saves have continued to work with no problems. Heck, I even did it with New California for New Vegas and had ZERO problems.

I've done this with FO3, NV, FO4, and both versions of skyrim and never had a problem because of reordering.

Now if a person were to disable or delete a mod, then your information "could" be correct based on how far into a play through they were.

EDIT: I will say I use NMM for all games except FO3 ( FOMM is used ). I can't speak for Vortex or Mod Organizer.

BTW if you're losing saves I would Suspect Steam Cloud, if it's enabled that is something it will do all on it's own with out you knowing

If you do change your plugin order at the very least you should rebuild your bash patch and smash patch

yes definitely, that is a MUST

i rebuilt my bash patch, noticed wrye bash was giving me a warning that told me that i had to run ashbound.esp through the creation kit so i did that and the warning stopped showing up, then i uninstalled skyrim sizes wich is one of the mods that wrye bash was warning me about. So i tried to start a new game and the game crashed again. I dont really care about the other save file anymore, i was level 3 anyways, so as long as i can play its ok. I still have the other 2 mods wrye bash was warning me about, but i don't know how to fix them

that doesn't tell me what I want

Go into WRYE, right click the file bar at the top, then choose "list mods" for the load order

as for your warnings, Wrye is telling you those 2 mods are meant for the Original Skyrim and NOT the Special Edition

either use the Special Edition versions, or if they don't exist, convert them yourself so that they will be compatible

i'm not seeing anything wrong with your load order except this MAY be a problem

XPMSE.esp

check and make sure the description page for that doesn't state that it's supposed to be at the bottom

also

run that load order through TES5Edit and see if it throws up any errors, you may be missing a patch or have a patch in the wrong place

EDIT:

Check the description page instructions for this also

SMIM-SE-Merged-All.esp

I "think" i remember that has to be loaded lower in your load order

I have a suspicion the culprit is T'Skyrim Riverwood. I believe it has JK's Skyrim as a master. You are using JK's Riverwood which I dont think it is compatible with.

Try disabling T'Skyrim Riverwood and testing.

If it works you have two options.

1. Leave it disabled or

2. Disable both JK's Riverwood and JK's Whiterun and install JK's Skyrim. Ensure T'Skyrim Riverwood loads after JK's Skyrim. You will also need to disable patches for these mods and install the patches for JK's Skyrim
