Dragonflight
I found a cool "medic stealth armor" in the Fallout 3 section, which basically put the Stealth Suit Mk II functionality in the other game. I was enjoying that immensely. But I was surprised when one of the screenshots in the file description showed what looked like a girl with gray skin and purple hair. How did they do that? I didn't know the game allowed that kind of flexibility. I'd *love* to have a character with that kind of color scheme, if I could only figure out how they did it. I've been around the files sections a bit lately, and can't find any pre-genned characters or add-ons that would do this, so I was wondering if anyone out here knows where I'd need to go, or what I need to do to make that work? Here's the link to that stealth suit that I was talking about. The picture I'm referring to is in the description. http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/7397
bethjunkie
You could try moving the tone sliders around. I've made green and blue people in the Geck by mucking with all of the sliders there but the fastest way to make a gray skinned character In my opinion in New Vegas is to use Nevada Skies. Something about the light (especially in version 0.63) makes skin look grey. It nearly drove me mad trying to get rid of it as my character is meant to have a clown white face.
