RasAlgethi24
I've had issues with Dawnguard causing save bloat and forced 3rd person perspective. My question is if it is due to SoS I had been running previously. I ran all 3 SoS modules, newest version, for a week or so, didn't run into any save bloat problems (my saves are about 8mb), but uninstalled immediately hearing the save bloat issues. My game has been fine since that. However, I recently downloaded dawnguard and when running it I run into said issues. Now, my newer character running all mods I have currently but never had SoS, runs Dawnguard just fine. Jonxx
Damn i had it installed some time ago too. Now my save is bad ;/Btw do anyone have full file so i can properly uninstall it? Maybe it would work. Edited August 21, 2012 by Jonxx
forthemods08
there is no proper uninstall. stopping the quests, removing the scripts and doing a clean save didnt work for me. after a couple of minutes my game would start freezing and i got save bloat. im stuck using SOS CIV until i start a new character, which i will not be doing any time soon. alsoran
Is it just SOS Civ thats the problem? I'm running SOS Wilds and Dungeons (1.11 and 1.0.2) and my save games are no bigger than 12Mb. I'm also happily using sounds of nature, fire and water. What other sound mods are recommended?
Jonxx
Well installing again SOS fixed it for me. It doesn't bloat anymore.
DeathlessAphroditeOriginal
So, is the problem with Civilizations only? I've been using all 3 of them for months and my save game is still around 6.2 Mb. Better safe than sorry, though.
Bojamijams
Just don't uninstall... ever.. until a fix is made... though it seems to be abandonware by the author
alsoran
Just don't uninstall... ever.. until a fix is made... though it seems to be abandonware by the author OK. Np I've got a vanilla backup so I'll leave it in place until I regenerate a new character. Thx
Zephrusprime
I'm using 1.1 and 1.01 of wilds and dungeons only and I don't see any scrips in the data files. You think these ones are ok? Or am I not seeing the scrips correctly?
xlcr
Zephrusprime, i'm still running older versions of Sounds of Skyrim with no issues (bloat)The Wilds v1.01 and The Dungeons v1.1these did not need PEX script files or fancy menus, just the ESP and WAV sound effects, i didn't like the complexity of Civilizations; so, i didn't install that.
