my character is running really slowly, help!

I don't know when or why it's doing this, but whenever I try sprinting I look like I'm doing a corny dance move

please help me it's really starting to ruin the fun.

 

System specs:

Intel i5 2500K

8 gb RAM (Using 4GB Skyrim)

Windows 7 Ultimate

NVIDIA GeForce GT 440

 

Also using Motioninjoy's Xbox 360 emulator so I can play with my PS3 controller. Don't know if any of this is relevant, but whatever.

 

Any help is appreciated :)

 

Should also add it's only on this one character.

Have the same problem.. Are you using skyre?

 

I got the bug before and had to reload an earlier save, today I got the bug again but this time I noticed that it happened when I got hit by a bandit using a crossbow bolt that slows me down, I got hit again and sped up then I wiped out the whole bandit camp and noticed that my character is now moving super fast..

 

I'm playing a vampire with better vampires mod btw.

Yep, confirmed it.

 

Shot some bandits with the bolts and they where slowing up and down like crazy, the problem is skyrim redone mod.

IF YOU ARE MOVING SLOW JUST IN GENERAL. CHECK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE THE DISEASE ROCKJOINT

happens to me as well. im still trying to figure out how to resolve this issue, it happens after i get hit by any type of cold attacks. after that there are two options - first is that i get super fast and the second is that i get super slow like here. it also happens to any followers of mine under the same circumstances. i guess it is a bad combination of mods that ive put but im still trying to firgure which of them....
