WHY body replacers, texture packs, retextures doesn't work?

EDIT: body replacer i managed to get working with a new Archive Invalidated and BSA Redirection, but texture pack again they doesn't work, damn.
Like the title said, i would know why when i install a body replacer mod like the Robert's Male Body V5, or a texture pack like Qarl's texture pack, or also a retexture for the Robert's body doesn't work in game? all remain vanilla.
Only Oblivion Character Overhaul seems to works fine. For mods i use Mod Organizer 2, i have OBSE, Blockhead installed...but i can't understand why this mods doesn't work.
Is Mod Organizer the problem? do i need to use Wyre Bash, OBMM for get to work this mods?
I have experience of modding on Creation Engine, but on Gamebryo seems to be a nightmare for me
here all my info:

Mod Manager: Mod Organizer 2
OBSE, Blochead, NPC Tex: Installed (manually)
Archive Invalide present (with ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated)
Oblivion GOTY edition GOG

Don't know the GOG version, but it's a common thing with the steam version. Could you check the "dates" of your BSA archives? File date in Oblivion always trumps all else. As long as a BSA is considered "newer" than a replacement, the replacement will never have a chance to be used, Archive Invalidation in use or not.

Yep, first time i checked the dates and it was wrong, so i use OBMM to redate them to 2006. This has resolve Robert's and OCO, but the retextures continue to doesn't work correctly

double check to see where you're texture pack was installed

on an unmodded game, you'll only have one folder in your textures folder

game directory/data/textures/characters/Sheogorath

Roberts Male Body replacer texture compatibility addon

will add the folters:

darkelf

DarkSeducer

dremora

GoldenSaint

imperial

nuska

and

orc

Basically, if you don't have any extra folders in the data/textures/characters folder, then its probably not installed in the right spot

side note: the game looks for folders there first. If none are found, the game checks its bsa file (which is sorta like a zip file)

and uses the default ones

So i need to install manually all without using Mod Organizer?

I've never used Mod Organizer myself.

As for mod installers, I've only used Wrye Bash and OBMM.

I do install a bunch manually.

In the case of the texture pack I mentioned

it can be installed manually.

its just a matter of unzipping the download into the correct directory.

Sounds like you might be a bit new to Oblivion and modding it to your liking.

Here's a pretty good tutorial for getting your game looking pretty good.

If nothing else, it should give you a good learning experience in installing mods.
