Need a REAL mod to control the horse like you do running

All I got in my last topic was a link to a not working mod. Despite the mod being enabled and active in Oblivion's data files options, I still cannot control the horse with a mouse, the old fashioned keyboard is still the only way to control it.

 

I need a link to a real and working mod to control the horse like you do running or walking, Someone linked me to a mod in my other topic, obviously not working :sad:

That mod's the only one out there that I know of.

 

First off, allow me to apologize.

I didn't mean to hijack your thread on that first post.

 

I fired it up on my machine and it works on mine.

I haven't tweaked it yet to suit my taste though.

At the moment it kinda feels a bit funky to me,

but it is steering my horse.

No were near as responsive as when you are walking normal though.

 

IS is doing anything at all?

 

Do you want to try to get it going? If so, continue on.....

otherwise you'll have to wait for someone else to come along

that might have an interest in creating it or create it yourself.

Have you done the startquest thing to go into the settings to tweak it out?

 

THere are a bunch of other things here or there that may keep mods from working well.

Of course, Oblivion is by far NOT a perfect game.

Thus the reason we have tons of mods.

People have done what they can to make it better.

I think one of the biggest things that made this game

such a draw to people was not in its perfection, but rather its

imperfection.

Its like getting an old beat up truck that you tinker with more

than you drive, but thats where most of the fun is.

 

Before you kick up a fuss and blast out.

This truck sucks, it don't run!!!

How bout checking the gas hand first?

When you kick up a fuss because a mod don't work,

out of all honesty, it makes you look awful in the end.

Have patience man, its all alright.

No need to get ticked off at the slightest thing.

Picture if you will a grown man throwing a temper

tantrum.

Don't sweat the small stuff, its all small stuff.
