  1. I AM using them in Oblivion! I saved the bat files as female.bat and male.bat and typed bat female.bat into the console. and every line errored I am NOT trying to use them through windows. I am using the same method as I do to set my characters to 200 of a skill. Say I type into notepad modpcs acrobatics 200 modpcs alchemy 200 modpcs alteration 200 modpcs armorer 200 modpcs athletics 200 modpcs blade 200 modpcs block 200 modpcs blunt 200 modpcs conjuration 200 modpcs destruction 200 modpcs handtohand 200 modpcs heavyarmor 200 modpcs illusion 200 modpcs lightarmor 200 modpcs marksman 200 modpcs mercantile 200 modpcs mysticism 200 modpcs restoration 200 modpcs security 200 modpcs sneak 200 modpcs speechcraft 200 And save the file as skills.bat I type into the Oblivion console bat skills.bat, the game sets all my skills to 200 I tried the same thing with the script codes you gave above and every line errored
  2. Why did you give me FAKE scripts!! NOT COOL!! I copied both these and saved them as Female.Bat and Male.bat and EVERY LINE on BOTH gives "syntax error" and "invalid command" If there really was no way to do this then say so, why did you have to make something up and say it works Neither of these scripts work. I JUST tried them! Not a single line in them works >:(

I want to create a new character in a world where all the male friendly NPCs are shrunken to SetScale 0.5 and all the female friendly NPCs are enlarged to SetScale 2 while keeping the player character normal size. Currently, if I want to change a character's size, I click on them while in the console and type something like "SetScale 0.5" to shrink the individual. However, to do this on many NPCs, I would have to run around everywhere and manually set each one. That could take hours or even days. Is there a way to be able to batch scale all the NPCs at once? Like could the command be used with FormIDs or something and write a .bat file? I would also need a list of all NPCs separated by male and female. I do not want to do this to any non-humanoid NPC such as dogs or monsters. I might do a Flame Atronach here and there but I want all the males in a single save shrunken and all the females enlarged. How can I go about doing this in Oblivion?
  4. I have done this quest dozens of times on dozens of characters but I am having an issue with my most recent character I went to Deepscorn Hollow, unlocked the door. I read the journal, went and unlocked the trap door entrance, fast traveled to Leyawiin to buy a house, saved and ended the game because it was 11 PM in real life last night, and then 11 AM this morning I fast traveled to the inn to buy the items for Deepscorn Hollow but Rowley Eardwulf does NOT have the items. The quest objective says that I can purchase everything from Rowley Eardwulf but he has no Deepscorn Hollow items! There is a green quest marker RIGHT ON Rowley but no items. A Google search told me that I need to wait until 11 PM in game but when I waited to 11 PM, Rowley is sitting in a chair in the inn and he will not sell to me. So, I waited until 11 AM in game and he STILL does not have the items. I then waited 24 hours and still nothing. I tried waiting 24 hours two more times checking in between and STILL no items. Another website said that the items can be bought from Nerussa but she DOES NOT have the items either! I checked her just as many times as Rowley and neither have the items. It is now 4 PM in real life and I STILL cannot get this to complete! Does anybody know what the problem could be?
  5. EVERY website ONLY lists the command as ""hairtint (red/green/blue)" Change player hair color" but that is 100% incorrect! I tried "hairtint red" but I ALWAYS get the following error message: "Script 'SysWindowCompileAndRun', Line 1: Unknown variable 'red' for parameter Integer. Compiled script not saved' So I Googled: Oblivion hairtint command and someone asked online years ago how to use the command and the only answer he got was to use the console which I am 100% sure that is NOT the answer he was looking for. 70% sure the response he got was a troll answer. Does anybody know the real way to use this command?
  6. But I only want to put the dragon statue in one save file. That edits it globally. I am trying to put the dragon statue in the anvil manor basement on ONE SAVE FILE only Unless there is a way to load save files in the extender, I need to set the size in the base objects and then use placeatme Unless the extender has a way to only put that there after Where Spirits has Lease completes AND make a way to purchase it from NPC.

Still cannot made Rydia a base scale of 2 Also I want to be able to mod the scale of the dragon statue in the Talos Plaza District and make it a housing item but the only option that I get for the dragon statue is to edit the ID and NOTHING else. No clue why the devs of CSE did not include any options for structures. How could something that obvious get overlooked?
  9. It just says to use the "base scale" option but that is nonexistent for NPCs. It is ONLY there for creatures and daedra. NPCs do NOT have that option. I want to make a giant female Imperial
  10. There is NO 'cell view' window anywhere I can find. The ONLY thing close to it is the windows that pop up in the 'world' menu. I selected the manor in Anvil but STILL NOTHING in the render window
  11. Except NONE of that is even in the window that pops up! There is NO OPTION to set scale or coordinates :sad: Creatures have a set scale option but NOT NPCs! and NO object, creature, or NPC has any option to set coordinates when I right click edit. If there was an option there,I WOULD NOT have asked how to do this. Besides, render window is ALWAYS blank. was the SAME without the extender. There is NO option to fill it with anything. I looked all over to find a way to do this. Dragging and dropping does nothing either. Render window remains blank. I tried dragging objects, NPCs, creatures, and even interior cells from the world menu. Still blank render window Please give me the REAL way to do this :sad: Valid responses only please. I do not know why so many people on the internet like to spam my topics with invalid responses.
  12. I found out the issue to some of those problems. Apparently I need to launch through the .bat not the exe that was in the zip However, I have yet to figure out how to place the said NPCs into the world. Morrowind was so easy. It was literally drag and drop onto a map. However, no map exists for the Oblivion extender or the original construction kit. I tried going to the "world" menu but all that does is give various information about places in the world. I also want to make the dragon statue in the talos plaza district a housing item scaled down but the ONLY option that both the normal version and the extender gives me for that object is to edit the ID. No scaling our anything "I also created a "Rydia" imperial race. I wanted to make her giant but I saw no option for "base scale" for the TestToddWoman25" which I used as a base." I still do not know how to scale NPCs Any help on these issues?

I downloaded the construction kit from this website and tried to make a Princess Celestia mod out of the vanilla unicorn model by changing the name, making it have no aggression, and making it bigger. I also gave it stats more comparable to Princess Celestia from My Little Pony. I also made a female deer with antlers and gave it the name "Xerneas" and made that bigger as well. I also created a "Rydia" imperial race. I wanted to make her giant but I saw no option for "base scale" for the TestToddWoman25" which I used as a base. However, the vanilla construction kit decided to remove the "skeleton.nif" from all three of those when I saved them despite the fact that I did not remove them. I brought my problem to Reddit and was told to download the construction kit extender because it contains bug fixes and they said it can select the nif file from the "Oblivion - Meshes.bsa" But I have found the extender to be much worse than the vanilla construction kit. After installing the extender, preview now no longer works when it did with the original normal construction kit. Now I can no longer preview changes made to NPCs and creatures, nor can I preview any model, even completely unedited and untouched models. This feature WAS working in the normal construction kit from this website. With the extender, the preview window ALWAYS shows blank. It did not do this with the normal construction kit. The normal construction kit actually showed model previews. ALL the SAME bugs are STILL in the extender that were in the vanilla construction kit. STILL unable to add items to creature/NPC inventory. Still no option to and right click still only gives me the "delete" option. I see no added/additional features to the construction kit. It is the same as the normal construction kit except with more problems and a UI upgrade. Also there seems to be NO OPTION to select "nif" files from bsa files. AFAICS, the extender still cannot do this. bsa files do not even show up in the open window when it asks me to select an nif file.bsa files DO NOT show up as an option to select nor do they act like folder. Still cannot fix my Unicorn mod that the vanilla version decided to remove the skeleton.nif from because there is still no option to select it from the "Oblivion - Meshes.bsa" file despite being told that you can select the nif file from there. I tried using bsacmd to extract the "Oblivion - Meshes.bsa" file but the construction kit extender gives the SAME error as the vanilla construction kit whenever I select an extracted nif file, "Invalid directory". The directory is NOT invalid. I can SEE the files in Windows Explorer. I guess THAT bug was never fixed in the extender Is anybody else having these problems with the construction kit extender? I mean I was better off with the original construction kit. I DO have obse installed. Anybody have any proposed fixes? I was better off with the original construction kit :sad: Nothing was fixed or added, it was only made to be worse :sad:
  14. My other topic got locked and the last reply told me that I am supposed to save with the console in order for txt files to show. Thing is, I only ever save with the console and txt files were never written ever when saving with the console. I always save with the console because I can control the file name that way. I can easily overwrite my previous save, I can easily delete unwanted saves, and manage my save files better because I know what saves are what when I go to my save folder. It beats doing a manual save which never overwrites the original and that results in a very cluttered save folder. I have been saving with the console for years and Oblivion has never ever written txt files with the save. I typically make the file name my character name or otherwise designated play style for that save. Saving with the console has never given me txt files so I am unable to find the Form ID for any of my spells. I should have specified in my last topic that I always save with the console but I never knew that saving with the console is supposed to write txt files because I have never seen it do so. As a result, I did not know that was a console save exclusive. But for me, saving with the console never produces txt files. How do I remove these custom spells if even saving with the console does not write txt files? I have Reshiram.ess and Reshiram.obse but NO Reshiram.ess.txt of any kind
  15. You DID NOT READ my post in its entirety! You provided the SAME FALSE answer that EVERY WEBSITE says! AS I SAID There is NO txt files in the save directory, ONLY ess files and obse files!! NO txt files I SPECIFIED THAT and you STILL provided the SAME FALSE answer that every other website provided.
  16. EVERY website that says how is lying! Every website tells me to go to my save directory and look for a txt file of my save and then the base ID for the spell and then remove it by using the console! but that is 100% FALSE!! There is NO txt files ANYWHERE in my saves folder! All I have are .ess files and .obse files! I tried opening those with Notepad but all it is is a jumbled mess with special characters throughout the entire file and NO spell names or FormIDs of ANYTHING!! It is kinda BS that so many people are thanking the OPs of these websites providing this false information because the information is obviously 100% false because txt files do not exist for any save files whatsoever!! What is the REAL way to remove these? I made some errors in a few trying to get a spell to behave similar to how digestion works in real life and I realized something that I put in there does not fix so I want to remove it and start over. The game really needs an in-game option to do this or at least a way to edit created spells.
  17. Every wiki tells me it is RefID not FormID. MoveTo would not work with FormID because two identical objects in the game would have the same FormID yet different RefIDs. The game would not know which to teleport me to
  18. The MoveTo command is NOT working whatsoever in my Oblivion game! I tried "Moveto 0090bbo" which is a crate in the Imperial City but I ALWAYS get the following error message "Item '0090bb0' not found for parameter ObjectReferenceID. Compiled script not saved. I know 100% that the reference ID is indeed correct! It shows the SAME reference ID for that crate on every save file and every character so I KNOW that it is indeed 100% correct! I tried selecting myself and then typing the command without any luck. Does anybody know what the problem could be? Edit: Not working on ANY object or character! I tried like six characters and more than a dozen items. I even tried harvestable plants. All save files say SAME reference ID for said objects but game refuses to move me to them. same if I use player.MoveTo :(
  19. I have used Oblivion Script Extender with the GOG Games version of Oblivion GOTY Edition on multiple PCs flawlessly. But on the PC that I use for streaming Oblivion, I always get an error message "Unknown version of Oblivion" It is only this PC that the script extender is not working on. I am using the same installer for Oblivion on all PCs including this one. I am also using the same version of the Script Extender v0021 on all PCs and it's only giving me the error on the PC that I stream Oblivion on. I am using the OBSE loader made for the GoG version of Oblivion and yet it still will not work. What could be the problem here?
  20. Google is being very retarded when I search, ONLY giving me results ABOUT quests and NO list of ALL quest IDs!!! When adding "list" to the search, Google ONLY brings up results that claim to have a list but DO not! One idiot even thanked a non-existent user for a list despite that whole topic has NO username by the name of who he thanked. Where can I find a REAL list of ALL quest IDs? I need a bunch of screenshots of things and I do not want to go the hassle to get there JUST for screenshots Also I DO NOT want to navigate a ton of pages, I NEED one on one page
  21. I have been having issues the last three days where when I approach a wall or door, I glitch right through it putting me in a soft lock. I am then forced to type into the console "tcl" and that may or may not solve the problem. Despite collision being turned off at that point, about a third of the time I still cannot get back to the correct side to put myself back to normal and I am forced to reload. The second third usually requires me to do some kind of athletics/acrobatics jump which will get me out ONLY when collision is off. The last third requires a few odd movements with collision off. It is impossible with collision on. Once I am back to normal, I turn collision back on. One thing that I have noticed was as soon as I glitch through the door, the door becomes translucent at around per say 20% opacity. It looks a lot like a watermark. Anybody know what could be going on here?
