Skyrim CTD after going outside.

So I have a big problem. I recently got a new hard drive and I started downloading mods. Almost Nothing is new from my previous mod load order. I have also done some calibrating. I do have an ENB but i don't think that's why skyrim's crashing. So I start a game with Alternative Start and usualy pick bandit so I start in a cave. I can walk around and everything good but when i walk out it crashes to desktop after I look in a certain direction. I cant seem to find the problem. I have tried to fix it for like two days now. Any help appriceited.

you can NOT use 200+ mods with out a bashed patch from WRYE or a smashed Patch from Mator Smash

 

Do ALL of step 2 and Appendix 1 ( if needed ) and the SKSE memory fix if you don't already have it, then try the game

You have three files to do with Alternate Start, why not try Random Alternate Start instead ?, i did have Alternate Start Live Another Life but then i got Random Alternate Start that i found better.
